Located on the beautiful Phillips Chain of Lakes, our spacious 6-unit accommodations offer three different floor plans, ranging from 1,200 to 1,400 square feet, providing a truly "home away from home" atmosphere for our guests!

Every condo has a split-level entry with the exception of the 1 room efficiency. One floor furnishes two to three bedrooms and a full bath. The opposite floor provides a living room with a walk-out balcony, dining room, full kitchen and half bath. Our fully supplied kitchens include: refrigerator, range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. All the necessary dishes and cookware are provided as well as the amenities of coffee, creamer, sugar and filters for the coffee maker. The bedding is furnished. Fresh kitchen and bathing towels can be provided upon request.​

Three-bedroom, non-smoking, pet-friendly unit; sleeps 8
Upstairs there is one queen and one twin bed in the master bedroom, one queen and one twin in the second bedroom and one queen in the third.  The full bath located down the hall has a fiberglass shower/tub unit.  Downstairs floor has a half bath, living room, dining room and a full kitchen.  Guests who stay in this unit enjoy a large private deck off of the dining room overlooking Elk Lake.

Three-bedroom, non-smoking, pet-friendly unit; sleeps 9
Upstairs there is one queen bed and one twin bed in the master bedroom.  The second bedroom has one queen and the third has a twin and a full-size and twin bunk bed.  The full bath has a fiberglass shower/tub unit.  Downstairs has a half bath, living room with a queen-sized sofa sleeper, dining room, kitchen and a deck off the dining room overlooking Elk Lake.

EFFICIENCY #6A 

** 6A is an efficiency connected to Condo 6. There is one full-size futon and two twin beds. The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, coffee pot and dishes. The bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Maximize your space! You can reserve 6+6A together as one large unit and sleep 12!  You can add multiple condos to a reservation meaning you can also tack on 6A to any other condo for additional sleeping space!

Upstairs there is a half bath, living room with a queen-sized sofa sleeper, dining room, full kitchen and a balcony looking over the lake. Downstairs are the two bedrooms with one queen and one twin in one bedroom and one queen in the other bedroom.  The full bath includes a fiberglass shower/tub unit.  A patio door exits out to a deck overlooking Elk Lake.

Upstairs there is a half bath, living room with a queen-sized sofa sleeper, dining room, full kitchen and a balcony looking over the lake.  Downstairs are the two bedrooms, with one queen bed and one fold-out chair in the first bedroom and one queen in the other bedroom.  The full bath includes a 2-person whirlpool with a separate shower.  There is an extra charge of $25/night for the whirlpool if used.  A patio door exits out to a deck overlooking Elk Lake.

Upstairs there is a half bath, living room, dining room, full kitchen and a balcony looking over the lake.  Downstairs are the two bedrooms, with one queen bed and a master bedroom with one queen bed.  The full bath includes a walk-in shower; this bathroom has no tub.  A patio door exits out to a deck overlooking Elk Lake.
